Terms of service and sale

Formyza (formyza.com) is an online platform that lets trainers (the "Creators") build an online school, create courses and publish them on a personalised storefront accessible to their learners (the "Students").

Using the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Creating a Creator account is free and allows you to build your school, create your courses and preview your storefront. The Creator undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.

Publishing courses on the public storefront requires a subscription: Formyza Pro at €19 per month, or Formyza Studio at €39 per month. Both tiers include AI-assisted generation of storefront themes and courses, capped per calendar month and per separate counter at 1 theme and 1 course for Formyza Pro, and 3 themes and 2 courses for Formyza Studio (unused quota does not carry over). Subscriptions are commitment-free: they renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time from the "Subscription" area (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which has already been paid for). Tier changes are prorated on the next invoice.

Welcome offer: the first month of the Formyza Pro plan is billed at €10 for any new customer who has never held a paid subscription; subsequent months are billed at the standard rate of €19 per month. The offer is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with any other discount.

AI-generated content (colours, copy, sample testimonials) are suggestions that the Creator must review and adapt before publishing; the Creator remains the responsible publisher.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. No banking data is stored by Formyza.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by subscribing the Creator requests immediate performance and acknowledges that their right of withdrawal applies under the conditions set out by law. Any request may be sent to contact@formyza.com.

Each Creator remains the owner of their content and is solely responsible for it. They grant Formyza a limited licence, as necessary to host and display their content on the platform.

The following are prohibited in particular:

• unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content;
• promises of guaranteed earnings or unauthorised financial advice;
• any fraudulent use of the platform.

Formyza reserves the right to suspend or delete any account or content that breaches these terms.

The Creator may sell their courses directly to their Students. Payments are collected into their own Stripe account, which they connect from their dashboard: funds never pass through Formyza, which takes no commission on these sales.

The Creator is the seller. They are solely responsible for the description and price of their courses, the commercial relationship with their Students, invoicing, any applicable VAT, after-sales support, refunds and the right of withdrawal their Students hold against them. Formyza acts solely as a technical intermediary.

Formyza uses reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Features may change over time.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
